Serenade Punta Cana: the Original, and the Biggest Name of the Three
The first of the three resorts is the one that gives its name to the whole complex: Serenade Punta Cana Beach & Spa Resort. 603 rooms, family-friendly, and the veteran of the group — it's also the one that ranks first when you search "Serenade Punta Cana," so it's the one shaping first impressions for all three.
The main pool tops 10,750 sq ft with its own swim-up bar built right into the water. Next to it, the kids' pool covers nearly 6,500 sq ft, with a splash zone and waterslides — and one rule worth knowing before you promise anything to your kid: you need to be at least 43 inches tall to ride the slides. Plenty of families find that out on day one, already in their swimsuits.
Rooms are organized into categories you'll see exactly as listed when you book: Luxury Tropical Garden View, Luxury Master Suite, and Luxury Swim Out, which opens straight onto the water from its own terrace. A few steps from Serenade Punta Cana, separated by a wristband checkpoint, sits Serenade All Suites: 325 suites, adults-only, 18+. It has 3 water zones — the largest just over 10,500 sq ft, with a jacuzzi and swim-up pool bar — and personal Butler Service in the Deluxe Suites.
It's the highest-rated of the three resorts. And yet it carries a dependency almost nobody mentions: the spa's wellness circuit isn't on this side. It's at the family resort, outside the adults-only zone, and has to be requested. The nightly show works the same way — the resort itself sends guests next door for that too. You booked adults-only to avoid the kids, and for the spa and the show, you end up crossing back over anyway.

All three resorts share the same Cabeza de Toro beach, with wind blowing almost year-round — enough that a kitesurfing school operates right on this stretch of sand. But each resort handles water differently: Serenade Punta Cana with its ten-thousand-square-foot pool and built-in swim-up bar, All Suites with three separate water zones, and Caribe Club with the strongest water game of the three — a lazy river winding through the resort, plus waterslides and play areas. It's the resort built so a kid never wants to leave.
Entertainment: the Real Selling Point

Serenade Punta Cana has its own spa, with a wellness circuit, sauna, jacuzzi and a beauty salon using the German BABOR line. All Suites, by contrast, has no spa of its own — its guests use the wellness circuit at the family resort, outside the adults-only zone, and only on request. Nightlife
